The Neighbourhood

Description

Due to the sloping terrain of the land, the house ​has been thoughtfully designed and rebuilt on ​three distinct levels - into two separate ​apartments, each functioning independently, ​while the first level has been kept as a separate ​room accessed from the main entrance.


The split-level approach allowed the us to ​optimize the floor plan and create a more ​functional home that can accommodate the ​entire family at that time.


The house is positioned in a north-south ​orientation, with the day area and garden facing ​south.

This configuration ensures that the day area and ​garden are bathed in sunlight throughout the ​morning, creating a warm and inviting ​atmosphere for relaxation

After obtaining the required building permits, ​a qualified and licenced contractor carefully ​built and finished the project.
